Responsibilities:

  • Micro-design: Write detailed micro-design documents outlining the functionality of various portlets, based on previously gathered business requirements
  • Build: Code assigned portlets (WebSphere Portal / Java) using a Model-View-Controller pattern.
  • Testing: Fix bugs related to the various portlets throughout the entire portal project.
  • SOA Build: Update WebSphere Message Broker message flows to incorporate additional functionality (in ESQL) for the portal.
